Well, it’s been almost a year since I last posted.  Wow!  What a year it’s been.  If I remember correctly, I was not in the best place back then.  Life in general just seemed hard at the time.  Slowly but surely, I’ve learned to put my trust somewhere else, and wouldn’t you know…it worked!  There are still ups and downs, but for the most part, I’ve begun to relax a little and just let life happen.

I’m still hoping for a positive pregnancy test one day, but I’m happy knowing God has our plans already made for us.  I do however plan to help things along after the first of the year by doing some more testing possibly and maybe trying our first IUI.  Baby making has been a little tough the past few months due to the hubby working out of town and only home on the weekends!

The in-laws are coming over to celebrate Christmas this weekend!  What an adventure that always is.  It’s not worth going into detail about because it just gets me all worked up, but let’s just say that when mother-in-law is involved, it’s not pretty.  Rough childhood for my hubby.  I only know bits and pieces, but what I do know about, is very ugly.  At least when the festivities are in our home, she has the common sense to mind her manners for the most part!

We’ll be busy celebrating Christmas for the next 4 weekends!  I love this time of year and getting to see the whole extended family!  I hope my side of the family never quits getting together with all the aunts, uncles, cousins and living grandparents.  It’s been that way since I was little.  I wouldn’t know what to do if we ever stopped!
